To test the Erasmus + staff competences and the Framework, six study visits took place at the University of Marburg, Ghent University, University of Latvia, University of Warsaw, Hanze University of Applied Sciences and Saint Petersburg University. The results of the study visits are gathered and compiled in a global report.
Each study visit aims to gather qualitative data through individual and small-group discussions with staff members that are in charge of student mobility. Additionally, in each institution, a selected group of individuals working with Erasmus+ administration is taking part in a training that is facilitated in a way to identify elements and aspects of competence development and update the framework of FESC.
The report of the study visits aims to describe in a comprehensive way the challenges and bottlenecks of the competence development and brings concrete suggestions on how to improve the Erasmus+ Staff Competences Framework.
