To allow HEIs to utilise the Erasmus+ staff competences framework (IO3) and build upon the research conducted in the project (IO1 and IO2) the consortium will create guidelines to support the implementation of the framework.
The aim of the guidelines is twofold. On the one hand, they serve as a basis for HEIs to understand the importance of staff competences for conducting quality student mobility by proposing different generic quality standards. On the other hand, they will present a step-by-step guide on utilising the framework to conduct a self-assessment. Furthermore, the guides will entail recommendations on how to implement these aspects in the internationalisation strategies of the HEIs and potentially good practices collected throughout the project.
The University of Warsaw, with the support of the consortium partners, will lead the design and development of the FESC guidelines for HEIs.
