IO6 - Training Toolkit

To complement the theoretical and research elements of potential competences gap needed to organise quality student mobility, the consortium will prepare a training toolkit under the leadership of the University of Marburg, representing a practical tool to improve the situation. 

The training toolkit aims to: 

1. Provide capacity building on a strategic level, so that decision-makers can get a better understanding on the connection between staff competences and quality mobility and potentially incorporate necessary steps to bridge the gap in their internationalisation strategy and human resource development strategy. 
2. Offer two basic training elements to close the actual competences gap identified throghout the project.
