We are happy to present the FESC online training "Training for International Staff to Support High-Quality Student Mobility"! The training consists of a series of online seminars that were held on the 10th and 17th of December 2020 and the 21st and 28th of January 2021, and explain how the international staff members can identify and further improve relevant skills and competences.
Online seminar #1 | Setting the Scene: Introducing a Framework for Erasmus Staff Competences – offering a tool to ensure the qualification of IRO staff
Online seminar #1 focuses on presenting the project and its outcomes and specifically the basis of this training which is the FESC Framework of staff competences. Moreover, a guest speaker the Erasmus Student Network (ESN) will share their experience from the students perspectives.
