The Ghent University welcomed the partners EUF and Hanzehogeschool Groningen for the second planned study visit of FESC. This time we were able to gather feedback on the staff competences from the Head of International Relations Office, International policy advisors, Erasmus+ Institutional coordinators and numerous Erasmus+ Faculty coordinators. Moreover, the study in Ghent involved the important viewpoint of the Recruitment office whose Head took part in it. The training session was dynamic and involved group works from mixed target groups which allowed us to gather various feedback on the framework.
