From the 4th to the 5th of October the consortium project met at the Philipps University of Marburg. The aim of the meeting was to identify opportunities and key priorities as well as to analyse the different phases of the project. FESC will contribute to increasing the quality of student mobility by focusing on the professional competencies of higher education staff working with student mobility, shedding light on the main complexities and current needs. The main outcome of the project will be a Professional Competencies Framework that will allow institutions to measure their human resources capacity to conduct quality student mobility. Partner projects are: Philipps University of Marburg, University of Latvia, Ghent University, University of Warsaw, Hanze University of Applied Sciences and the EUF.
