Sources used to define the FESC competences

The basic principles of the Framework for Erasmus Staff Competences were taken from the International Competences Matrix (for teaching staff in Higher Education) that was developed by Hanze University of Applied Sciences, Groningen (The Netherlands).

The level of language skills has been defined with the use of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR). Click on the button below for more details.
